a decent stay
helpful staff front desk expensive restaurant mediocre service
the front desk staff was very kind. loucianni was especially helpful with a package sent to the hotel. he also recovered an item i had left in my room after checkout (i was very grateful).
i found the restaurant onsite to be expensive. breakfast for four people was over $100 (it included waffles and pancakes). the housekeeper did not clean my room during my three-day stay.

friendly staff updated room convenient location
The staff were very friendly. the rooms are recently updated, so everything felt fresh. i liked the location. It was close to the cruise port. it made for a smooth transition to our ship the next day.
The elevator near our room was a bit slow. It seemed like it needed maintenance.
